How can I request my premium as an individual?
As an individual, you are entitled to a premium of up to €375 per year if you cover the costs of your subscription yourself. The process follows a few simple steps:
You purchase a (monthly/yearly) subscription on The Master Channel. You can do that here.
You check if you meet the conditions. You can do that here. It is important that you are part of a PC200 company, that you have paid your subscription yourself, and that you submit your application to Cevora at the latest three months after purchasing your subscription with proof of payment.
You submit your application. You can do this by sending an email with our application and proof of payment to email@example.com.
How can I request my premium as a company?
As a company, you can submit a request for two different types of premiums. Both premiums must consider the maximum amount of premiums to which each company is entitled. To check what amount you are still entitled to as a company, you can always send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When your employees get access to The Master Channel, you can get support through Cevora after purchasing the licenses. This is limited to a maximum of €200 per year per employee. Important: to request this premium you should have a training plan submitted to Cevora (deadline: 31/03/2021). The process follows a few simple steps:
You submit your application. You can do this by sending an email with your application, the number of employees who will be granted access, and the invoice clearly stating the number of accounts purchased, the price, and the applicable period to email@example.com.
Additionally, as a company, you are entitled to an extra premium based on the training hours of your employees. The premium to which you are entitled depends on the age of the participant and whether you have submitted a training plan to Cevora. For each hour of training, you can get up to €14. Is it your first premium application? You must first fill in this form with your details and those of your company.
Apply for your premium through this form. It is best to submit this application periodically (for example every month or every three months). For this, you need the invoice for your purchases, which you can get by sending an email to email@example.com. You also need a report of the time spends per training per employee. You can do this by using the Organization Dashboard or if you do not have access to this yet be sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
