Visual Thinking

As business analysts, we spend most of our attention working with highly complex or potentially confusing information. Most of our work occurs in meeting rooms where not the real business processes are performed, and so it is often hard for us and the people we work with to imagine the value or the benefits of the business processes we talk about. We write descriptive processes on sticky notes or in BPMN tools and often neglect critical steps and information.  Let’s face it; everyone in that process likely creates their very own version of the business flows in their mind.
