Hi, Welcome to our Resource hub

Once you’ve chosen an AI opportunity, the next challenge is making it happen. A good idea alone isn’t enough—you also need clear goals, realistic steps, the right people, and a way to track progress. The AI Action Plan helps you work through the practical side of implementation. You’ll define the project, set KPIs, assign responsibilities, plan the different phases, and think ahead about budget, risks, and deadlines. It also helps you prepare for change within the organisation and decide how the solution will be monitored once it’s up and running. By the end, you’ll have a plan you can actually start working with.
